The winery, based in San Bartolom de Tirajana in Gran Canaria, is a collaboration between ex Manchester City footballer David Silva and acclaimed winemaker Jonathan Garcia Lima (of Ocampo and Suertes del Marqus). The pair, both Canary Island natives, met after David tasted Jonatans Tenerife wines while living in Manchester. Impressed, he messaged
