This champagne has a bright citrus and tropical fruit character, which complements the medium sweet finish. All of the grape varieties used are harvested early in the growing season to ensure that the blend has a bright acidity to balance the sweetness in the finish. Fresh fruit or peach sorbet as a dessert. Delicious with mixed berries served with champagne jelly.
