Join our small group trip in the beautiful region of Cilento, in the southern Amalfi Coast, for a truly unique experience amid nature, enchanting villages, impressive archeological sites and the landmarks of the famous Avalanche Operation for the Allied landings in Italy during WWII.

Day 1 - Wednesday May 21
Let’s start the tour!
Your Lilipans tour leader and the Roscioli sommelier will meet you at Termini station in Rome to accompanying you throughout the 1 hour trip by high-speed train to Caserta, where our private driver will take you to a renowned wine property chosen by Roscioli.
There, after visiting the vineyards and the cellar, you‘ll start to enjoy the local products with a great wine tasting and lunch.
You’ll continue to La Pietraia to check in and relax before dinner.
Day 2 - Thursday May 22
Day’s activities will start at 10:00AM, giving to you plenty of time to enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast in your resort; afterwards, you’ll visit the “mozzarella & cheese” factory with its majestic buffaloes, whose milk is used to produce one of the best mozzarellas in the world, and, of course, you’ll taste it during the lunch served at the farm.
In the afternoon you’ll discover with our local guide the magnificent UNESCO Archaeological Site of Paestum, with its well-preserved Greek temples.
This wonderful day will be completed with a visit to a local winery to enjoy regional wines and typical products of the area.
Day 3 - Friday May 23
Begin the day having fun with a cooking class at the resort, savoring your own creations!
In the afternoon, you’ll stroll with our local guide in the ancient and picturesque village of Castellabate, located on a cliff overlooking the sea, and in Santa Maria coastal hamlet, characterized by pastel houses, golden sandy beaches and emerald green sea. Embark on a sensory journey through the world of figs. Discover the history, traditions, and art of figs, taste the white fig laboratory’s creations, and savor a delicious dinner against the backdrop of stunning architecture and breathtaking landscapes.
Day 4 - Saturday May 24
This day is dedicated to discovering the second splendid archaeological site of this region, Velia, led by our expert local guide. Velia, overlooking the sea, still tells the story of a great city of Magna Graecia with its citizens, its daily life, its public and private spaces. The foundation dates back to around 540 BC.
Afterwards, you’ll have an unforgettable food experience tasting the truly Mediterranean Diet lunch in a local agriturismo and discovering its history in the Eco-Museum of the Mediterranean Diet. The Mediterranean Diet is known primarily as a food model and in 2013 has been enrolled on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Dinner will be at leisure in the lovely city of Agropoli, where you will have a fascinating guided walking tour and spent free time in the shopping area
Day 5 - Sunday May 25
After breakfast and check out, the day will start with the sensational discovery of the landmarks celebrating Avalanche Operations, codename for the Allied landings near the port of Salerno, during WWII. The Allies were able to land significant combat forces on the European mainland and help chip away at Germany’s forces.
After lunch in one of the best “pizzeria” of the region, you’ll head to Vietri sul Mare, a southern gems of Amalfi Coast. Like all the towns of the Amalfi Coast, Vietri is certified by UNESCO with the seal of World Heritage, Vietri sul Mare is famous for the production of ceramics, where very expert chemists of the pottery art, create unique colors and shades, like the famous “Vietri’s yellow”.
Day 6 - Monday May 26
Today, you will enjoy a very relaxing day that will start with a visit at the Wine property chosen by Roscioli in Tramonti,” the green lung” of the Amalfi Coast. After visiting the property and having the wine tasting and lunch, you have the entire afternoon to enjoy some time at the beach or strolling in the lovely village of Vietri sul Mare.
And let’s end with a bang: our “Goodbye” Dinner will take place at the Michelin starred restaurant “Re Maurì” in Vietri Sul Mare!
Day 7 - Tuesday May 27
Check out and transfer to Salerno station for the 2 hours trip with high speed train to Roma.

PRICING
- € 6700,00, per person (based on two people sharing a double room)
- The trip will run with a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 16 guests so you are guaranteed to be part of a small, intimate group.
- € 500,00, per person, deposit is due immediately to confirm the booking, which will be deducted from the total price. This deposit is non-refundable, unless the tour is canceled because the minimun number of participants is not reached.
- € 4.000,00 retainer per person is due by January 31st, 2025
- The € 2.200,00 balance per person is due by March 21st, 2025
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to participate in our tours, Travel Insurance taken out in your country of residence is highly recommended.
We are not responsible for any fees or changes you may become liable for relating to the airlines or other transportation not provided by us.

All cancellation requests must be in writing and are valid from the day we receive the request.
Cancellations:
- Cancelling 60 or more days before your departure date will result in a 30% refund of your total payment.
- Cancellations less than 60 days before your departure date will result in no refund. The full payment will be required.
- We do not offer a refund for unused portions of the tour, including but not limited to missed meals, hotel nights, sightseeing activities or any other included services.
- The deposit of 500 per person in all instances is non-refundable, unless the tour is canceled because the minimum number of participants is not reached.
- All cancellation requests must be in writing and are valid from the day we receive the request
