GRAND GOURMET TOUR IN EMILIA ROMAGNA #1

Italy is home to 395 Michelin Star-rated restaurants not by chance, as the Italian food culture with its authentic recipes, traditional menus, had developed through centuries of social and political changes.

In our Grand Gourmet tour in the Food Valley you will discover the tradition that had evolved from the plain by the Po river to the green hills on the slopes of the Apennine mountains – where people learned, over centuries, to create refined and typical products, many of which are renowned worldwide: the superlative Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, the sweet Parma Ham, the precious Balsam Vinegar, and the legendary Culatello that will be tasted along with the outstanding wines of the wineries chosen by Roscioli.

Last but not least, a visit of the legendary world of Ferrari and of historical cities and UNESCO sites, will make this tour unique! With small, intimate groups of a maximum of 16 people per tour, together we’ll discover what makes this region of Italy special, through curated programs.

Day 1 - Sunday, March 23

Individual arrival at your four-star hotel, in Bologna, where our Lilipan’s tour leader and Roscioli’s Sommelier will welcome you.

Our local guide will show you during a full day walking tour, iconic sites and at lunchtime you’ll taste the famous “Tagliere” with local specialties.

Before indulging in a hearty home-cooked dinner at a classic trattoria, enjoy some free time to relax, shop, or sightsee in this charming city.
